The reason I only speak English (although I can understand some select Mandarin, e.g., parents' backstabbing ) is that I was born in Australia. My parents immigrated to Australia, but were born in China. I go to a crazy, academic-based school where 99% of the students are Asian, many born in Australia like me. Eh, it's strangely enough a very typical occurrence around here. So, how about your life story?

It's somewhat confusing; I'm Asian, but I live in an English-speaking country (Australia). However, English is actually my first language and I can't speak Chinese at all. Weird, huh?
